We provide paid professional development opportunities, including first aid and child protection training, and support for further education. Our educator meetings (during work hours), which are also paid, encourage collaboration among colleagues from different Bella Grace centres. For successful applicants, we offer financial support for Diploma and ECT qualifications. We also ensure ongoing professional growth through regular training sessions, coaching, mentoring, and educator swaps.
